shipment can be delayed due to any circumstances.
The shipping charge of their buying products shall pay by customer himself/herself.
once the goods sold would not be returned unless it is not defective.
we have strong quality checking process before deliver product to our customers, despite of if it is shown any deffect on product then feel free to contact us within 2 working days after receiving the product. we will take necessary steps to satisfy our customers. if communication not done within 2 working days after receiving the goods/before given Validity date then 'Cadula Electronics' will not be liable for any losses of customers either for defective or damage or Unsatisfying products.
There is no refund policy once the product is sold.
